To tell you the truth...

The animation was just terrible, but the story has potential.
I think you should take it back to the drawing board and polish it up a lot. Try working at a higher frame rate. 18+
Its short, simple, and I enjoyed despite the problems I already stated.

I hope you decide to re-do it.
